LaSondra Gray, CLA, LSO, CQA, MBA
LaSondra Gray is Northern Virginia’s hidden gem and expert in laser technology — from head to toe. She has a unique approach that gives her patients proven clinical results. She believes in an integrative approach that infuses multiple disciplines through the use of laser technology, comprehensive exams, nutrition and lifestyle insights. Together with her team of Board Certified Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practicing Nurses, Chiropractors, Laser Technicians, Nutritionist and Medical Massage Therapists she is able to provide patients with sustainable proven results.
LaSondra understands and knows the value and benefit that advancements in laser technology has on resolving multiple issues from aesthetics to therapeutics including the elimination of pain. This knowledge has proven invaluable to her as she has traveled the world training multiple disciplines in the safety and efficacy of laser technology. Her passion began over 15 years ago when she begin working with some of the world’s most renowned Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeons and Pain Management professionals. Her travels throughout the US and internationally allowed her to study under surgeons and skincare experts from some of the top institutions in the world. She has trained and lectured on the safety and efficacy of laser and soft tissue interaction. As a result, LaSondra has received accolades for her efforts in opening and expanding laser centers throughout the world. She has paired her studies along with her own personal philosophy to become renowned for achieving true, positive, visible results — garnering her some of the most elite clientele in the area. She caters to people who seek exceptional results and services that support a natural, healthy look and lifestyle — today and tomorrow.
Dr. Rahel Yirga, M.D. Medical Director, Reflections Image Center & Skincare Institute
Dr. Rahel Yirga is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a passion for holistic patient care and wellness. With years of experience treating diverse patient populations, Dr. Yirga brings a comprehensive approach to aesthetics and wellness at Reflections. Her medical expertise is rooted in a philosophy of treating the whole patient, focusing on prevention and well-being to achieve optimal outcomes.
Dr. Yirga has opened a private medical practice dedicated to preventive care and wellness, where she emphasizes personalized, patient-centered care. At Reflections, she leverages her extensive clinical knowledge to oversee a range of aesthetic and wellness services, ensuring that each patient receives customized treatments designed to improve both their physical appearance and overall health. Dr. Yirga’s commitment to preventative medicine, combined with her hands-on, integrative approach, makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
Seema Kumar, MD, MPP, Vein Surgeon/Venous Specialist
Dr. Kumar graduated with an Honors BSc in Neurobiology from the University of Michigan. She completed her graduate medical education at the Pritzk. Her School of Medicine at the University of Chicago.
Her medical residency in Internal Medicine was served in Georgetown University Medical Center (GUMC). Residency was followed by a fellowship in Primary Care at GUMC while obtaining a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University School Public Policy Institute with a certificate in Health Services Research.
Throughout her training years, she engaged in projects to understand healthcare delivery from different perspectives. Her achievements spanned from externships granted in the Office of the Commissioner at the FDA and chronic disease management research at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to clinical work with Indian Health Services in Anchorage Alaska and Indian Health Organization in Pune, India. She has authored publications in a range of topics from preventive medicine to nutrition to patient satisfaction measures. Reflections is proud to welcome Dr. Kumar and her extensive experience as a specialist in venous insufficiency, and in the minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins.
Alicia Jones, D.O., Administrative Clinical Director
Dr. Jones’ educational background includes a bachelor’s degree at American University, with post baccalaureate studies at Columbia University. She continued her academic growth at University of Pittsburgh in Neuroscience. In 2000, Dr. Jones graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine where she obtained multiple awards honoring her patient skills and knowledge base. Dr. Jones is a fellowship trained Geriatric physician who has worked in the community for 10+ years. She has extensive knowledge of the aging process and works closely with Reflections Image Center and Skincare Institute to provide administrative oversight and guidance on proprietary anti-aging treatment protocols.
Jacqueline Shoemaker, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, Weight Loss & Nutrition
Ashley Keramas, PA-C, Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery
Ashley is a licensed, Board Certified Physician Assistant with specialization in Dermatology. As a Graduate of King’s College, ranked by U.S. News and World Reports as a top Physician Assistant College, Ashley has honed her craft as a true expert in the field of Dermatology.
Ashley was selected as a member of the Reflections team based on her extensive knowledge of the skin and expertise in the field of Dermatology. Throughout her career, she has performed medical and cosmetic surgeries such as, but not limited to cryosurgery, cauterization, skin tag removal, benign lesion destruction, tangential biopsies, punch biopsies and excisions with precision and expertise.
Ashley’s passion combined with her deep understanding of the skin has enabled her to incorporate state of the art techniques to reverse the process of aging through the use of laser therapies, liquid facelift procedures, chemical peels and much more. Her knowledge and extensive research into acne played an instrumental role in the creation of the successfully proven Reflections Clear Free Acne program. This program has received notoriety in it’s ability to clear acne breakouts, minimize future breakouts and eliminate acne scarring. Ashley is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Shantrell Kramer, MS., ANP, Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Surgery
Shantrell is a licensed, Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over
seventeen years of specialized medical expertise. Shantrell is a Graduate of George Washington University, the top 10% of over 465 schools and the top 7% of all nursing schools.
She has received many accolades and earned a stellar reputation during her tenure with the INOVA Loudoun and Fairfax Hospital Center and throughout her career. Shantrell was selected to join the Reflections team because of her advanced medical and educational background in the healthcare industry.
Her extensive knowledge and background is evident in her ability to provide leading edge aesthetic and laser services. Shantrell is truly a trendsetter in the evolution of facial fillers, injections and laser therapies. She has steady hands and perfects her injections to give her patients the utmost care. Shantrell excels at accomplishing her patients’ aesthetic goals and strives to make them feel comfortable and relaxed at each visit. Shantrell is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Denise Beazley, CNA., LMA, Skincare Specialist
Denise is a licensed Master Aesthetician and Certified Nurse Assistant. Her focus is in the specialty of medical aesthetics. Denise has over ten years of clinical experience working in conjunction with physicians in the medical specialties of dermatology and plastic surgery.
She is proficient in all aspects of cosmetic skin therapy and state of the art technology including PDL, IPL, 1064Yag laser, the Cutera Platform, Genesis, Limelight, Coolglide, Pearl Laser resurfacing, hair removal, vein treatments including Sclerotherapy and Fraxel technology.
As a Dermatology trained medical assistant Denise is an expert at preparing and assisting with fillers like Botox, Restylane, Dysport, Juvederm and many others. She excels at developing treatment plans specific to her clients skincare needs that incorporates services and skincare products that yield optimal results.
